What’s the Deal?

When you are buying a home, you are the only individual bringing money to the transaction.  Why not keep more of it?  When purchasing a property I offer unprecedented 50 to 70% commission cash back to buyers.

How it Works

Typically, a seller’s REALTOR® charges 6.0% commission on the first $100,000 and 3.0% commission on the remaining amount*.  That commission is then split with the buyer’s REALTOR®.  For example, on a $600,000 home the buyer’s REALTOR® would make $3,000 on the first $100,000 and $7,500 on the remaining $500,000 for a total commission of $10,500*.  Cash back works by taking a portion, for example $5,250 (50% cash back) of this commission and giving it back to the buyer 3 to 5 business days after completion.†

  • If you purchase one of the first 8 homes viewed you will receive 70% commission cash back.
  • If you purchase one of the first 25 homes viewed you will receive 50% commission cash back.

And remember, whether you are going to be receiving 50% or 70% cash back, I still show all homes personally, provide comparables, and handle all negotiations and contracts.
