$749 Flat Fee MLS®
This package is for sellers who want to sell on their own. The Flat Fee MLS® Package gives private home sellers the next best thing to a full service REALTOR®. For an upfront flat fee of $749 + HST^ you get the following:

| ✔ | Your home listed on MLS® and the Victoria Real Estate Board Matrix for six months. This ensures maximum exposure, making your listing not only available on REALTOR.ca®, but also to all potential buyers signed up by local Victoria REALTORS® on Private Client Services Systems. |
| ✔ | REALTORS® will call you directly to arrange showings and to present offers. |
| ✔ | Your home will be promoted on multiple websites including MarkoJuras.com, FairRealty.com, UsedVictoria.com and unlimited Open House advertising on REALTOR.ca®, openhousesvictoria.ca; however, it is up to the seller to host the open house. |
| ✔ | You will receive a title of your property and tax detail record (assessment information). |
| ✔ | Professional Fair Realty “For Sale” sign on your property. |
| ✔ | 20 SLR photos taken with 10mm wide angle lens and uploaded to REALTOR.ca® & MarkoJuras.com. |
| ✔ | Choice of co-operative REALTORS® commission (minimum is $1). |
