2.5% Full Service MLS®
My listing philosophy is to offer full service, while at the time, offering a discount commission and providing for a fair co-operative brokerage commission (the amount offerred to buyers’ REALTORS®). With the Full Service MLS® you are able to save money without hurting your co-operative brokerage commission and still receiving full and exceptional service. With the 2.5% commission, I provide a co-operating REALTORS’® commission of 2.5% on the first $100,000 and 1.5% on the remaining balance while, I take 1% compensation on any amount over $100,000.
