These individuals go around B.C. talking about “affordable housing,” while they introduce an idiotic owner-builder exam, with no study guide, with questions designed for you to fail. If I made hundreds of thousands of dollars per year in a comfy desk job with vacation and a huge pension I would go out and hire a licenced builder too. For the rest of us with have to deal with this unconstitutional exam for the right to build a home on our own properties.
